He never rushed me in making a decision (that I go with Shelby) and clearly gave me a plan. As my travel dates kept changing, accordingly he also changed my car transporting dates. Once a driver is assigned, he immediately passed on the information to me. When I could not reach the driver, he passed on the contact info of dispatcher as well. On the day my car was getting shipped, he contacted me to make sure that I am aware when the driver is picking the car and also that the car is picked. Couple of friends told me that sometimes it may take up to one week. But Alan told me it will be shipped in 2 days time.
