He never rushed me in making a decision (that I go with Shelby) and clearly gave me a plan. As my travel dates kept changing, accordingly he also changed my car transporting dates. Once a driver is assigned, he immediately passed on the information to me. When I could not reach the driver, he passed on the contact info of dispatcher as well.
